Newholland hours correction

Hi I have the dump of a TX64S NEWHOLLAND used combine dash that is being fitted to another harvester that had lower hours. (fire in cab)
Here is the dump read of the eprom AM27C010- 120DI ( This is a UV erasable type read only)
Current hours on this display unit are 3520 drum hours & 4057 engine hours.
I need it to read 2750 drum hours and 3500 engine hours ( these were the last hours read at a service prior to the cab fire a few weeks later.
Can anyone find or change please ??
