    Friend. And the old driver starts? Because if so, lose eeprom. And you have the problem. If you have Bdm, it's no problem and why play with programming

    As on the old controller, the car starts. Then make a copy of the eeprom and that's it. Few minutes of work. Faster than programming and ISN submission

    Clone ECU with BDM tool, copy over all files including eeprom. Then sync EWS-DME with diag tool
    Eight bytes walk into a bar. The bartender asks, “Can I get you anything?”
    “Yes,” reply the bytes. “Make us a double.”

    yes i thought the same. I think I do it like this in past. But if you do it it shows in AVDI the old VIN from Donner car. In eeprom I have new vin. I think that’s the reason I can not match

    after I put org EEPROM DUMP in new Donner ECU EDC16C35 and Write ISN I get from read org Cas with ISN editor ( It can not do EDC16C35 ) the match will done with AVDI and DTC tampering go away. But car doesn’t start. In ista D it show me again that it is a Donner ECU from other car and will not work. If I read with CGDI AND AVDI I have two different ISN in CAS and DDE.

    i get yesterday VVDI2 .

    i think with bench connection can read isn in DME and CAS.

    BUT NOT WORK ....VVDI2 CAN NOT READ EDC16C35
    not on bench not by OBD ~~~~ing tool

    so a result..

    i post all dumps here for a M8 will help and compare it, but I don’t understand where is the Problem

    and I Must Buy Autohex

    AVDI , CGDI AND VVDI2 do Not well the Job. All isn reading with them say the same isn in CAS3++ and in DME Edc16C35
    but if you will COMPARE start value i got answer different ISN

    ~~~~ING ....
    So for all members here a help for ISN on EDC16CP35 with Cas3 +
    The ISN is in EDC16C35 locatet on 3 Pos.
    0x0042-43 >>>> CKS is on Pos 0x005E-5F
    0x0082-83 >>>> CKS is on Pos 0x009E-9F
    0x00C2-C3 >>>> CKS is on Pos 0x00DE-DF
    the CKS is also on 3 Pos to calc use
    0x0040 to 0x005D
    0x0080 to 0x009D
    0x00C0 to 0x00DD
    COPY each of that Line to ( little program for free )
    http://tunya.de/public/res/getsum.html
    and y get the CKS for EDC16C35
    For Cas ISN is in Pos
    0x0002 to 0x0003 >>>> CKS is 0x0004
    If you change ECU y have wrong VIN . Solved with WINK FP . The VIN is also in Flash
    at last you must make a match for start bit between DDE and Cas with Inpa AVDI or other tools
    have Fun and start the Car
    thx will be fine
