Volvo EDC15C11 - how to clone on the bench?

hi all i have Volvo EDC15C114.3 here from customer

he needs me to clone onto replacement unit, on bench as he is far away

my clone KTag doesnt have option from what i can see, would moving eeprom chip 5p08c3 be enough , or also need flash?

Which tool is good enough to read flash thats not too expensive for the protocol?

Friend. The eeprom itself is enough to launch it. If you have the exact same driver, it makes no sense to flash it. Reprogram the eeprom and it will work
