Unlocing KESSY Smart Key 5K0837202AK or 5K0837202R

I ordered a key from the dealer and successfully programmed it to my car.

5K0837202AK

I am interested in buying a used key to have a 3rd key due to the high dealer price of a new key.

I require a new chip or a way of unlocking the key. If anyone knows where to get a new M48 integrated circuit chip so i can desolder and replace it or unlock an existing key please let me know.

You can't unlock used keys from unknown cars

Open the used key take out the coil from the PCB and put glass chip

Sometimes it has a normal glass chip in a black colored ribbon holder, in that case just replace the chip

Key great but this is KESSY / KEYLESS GO
The M48 should be electronic if i am not mistaken to be keyless.

I programmed the new dealer ordered key no problem but i want a third key and don't wish to pay $200 again. If i can unlock a used key for reuse OR replace the electronic M48 with new I can precode and program so thats the goal.

That KESSY / KEYLESS GO key is not possible to unlock/reuse . There is some aftermarket keys but , not good as original , They have short Antenna range and most of the time will tell you key mot recognized so you have to hold close to coil to start car.
However you can put Glass chip in used key and make kind of emergency key that you can hold to coil to start car , but remote will not ever work , need to open car with key .
