DASH AUDI A3

Hi everyone, i get dash for audi a3 2004 the dash can't diagnose & no ignition on dash and complete dad the dash, may some one can help me what i must do in first step? i see here in dk they repair the flash data, so anyone can tell me how read this dash? and what tool can read this dash? please if anyone have connection diagram to read flash data for this dash? thank you in advance...

Eprom is 93c96

Yes in there eeprom 93c86 but eeprom dump is good.

1st - if dash - not power on - have you checked all connectios?
2nd - swap this dash is easy - all by obd

All connections are ok, the problem the dash damage, i just want to learn if is there solution to repare this dassh, cause i don’t found same number dash in my area.
