Default Peugeot Partner 2009 after BSI change and immo off wont start

Hello guys,i have problem with PEUGEOT Partner, 1.6 HDI, 2009...After BSI change and immo off in ECU´s EEPROM 95160 the car will not start. The dash display write " Economy Mody Activated". The eeprom in old BSI was erased behind Abrites mileage change, so it was replaced with another one.
So should I make some modification in replaced BSI or ECU´s flash (EDC16C34)?
could someone help me? Thanks a lot

pin ori from ecu - C34P
eeprom bsi - looks bad - what type of eeprom inside?
i missed this: as you wrote was erased behind Abrites
    do not worry

we will try back your ori bsi to work
    - connect bricked bsi again to car
    - connect fvdi and read what software signature have you got
    - after that - i will try to find flash same as you have - and you will write by fvdi
( eeprom not cleared by fvdi - only flash bricked )
