    Default Harley davidson espert needed

    Good morning needed help for a 2014 Harley with dash stoled , customer buy a used thaco with 24c32 second hand ,<br>but only speed work , the odo stay lock at 7500 or something miles no way to make it work , it need (i think)<br>to be married to motor ECU (MC9S12DJ128) , is possible to know where is the address string to pair the thaco to<br>motor ecu ?<br>Thacho 24LC32 Tried to mod the VIN (unuseful the thako no move the odo )<br>tried to program with alot of bin dowloaded (unuseful the thako no move the odo )<br>tried to delete pieces of bin on the thako&nbsp;(unuseful the thako no move the odo )<br>the thako recognize and calc the gears ,recognize the reservoir mileage of the tank ,<br>but as said the odo no raise up ,<br>is some good heart kan tell the address for pair this byke ?<br>SORRY FOR BIG AMOUNT OF WORDS .......

    Dash is not married to engine ecu, like bcm or tssm...
    Bike starts and all good...

    There is only a VIN synchronization...
    If VIN is not correct, it will give a message in dash...
    VIN Error...

    And if can bus bike, like yours...
    There is also a kilometer synchronization between dash and engine ecu...

    But in both cases, it happens all by VIN...

    Check VIN in engine ecu dumps and dash dump...

    But it could also be...
    That you have a broken second hand dash...

    Ok , i vrite the VIN correct to the dash but the mileage (odo principal and two partial stay lock , the partial is all 0 and the principal is change if i change the bin
    but if i put the bike on the street no change stay static .......
    Ok , good to know thanks for info , but the mileage on the dash is stored on the ecu too , and read here on the DK if the things is all ok the real mileage come
    out after some time or some on off , but nothing to do ...... tomorrow i make some try , is any VIRGIN dash files avaiable ?

    The problem was on the ecu file , somone try to make mileage but finish to mess up the EEP of the ecu , and if you mess the EEP file the ecu no send more the increase mileage message and stay in a freeze state , so found here a same ecu file and with alot of patience resumed the messed EEP parts and changed the vin on the dash ,now the dash increase the mileage but show ALOT MORE miles than my byke really have and need algo for the ecu file ( the dash is known )

    no issues with changed VIN in ABS...?
    how you adapt immo synchronozation between BCM and engine ecu, after you wrote other files in ecu...?

    I vrite the vin as it is in ecu and dash and no problem , the ecu with the wrong vin started , bur i think is only for the 128 ecu models , the more sofisticated i think is more protected , do you have an advice for ecu algo ?
