custom xxxx on dash
Hello everyone.
This is not the first post on this topic.
But nowhere can I find a solution.
I downloaded the eeprom to the meter using OBDSTAR X300 DP plus and now I have xxxx on the display.
I wanted to restore the original eeprom but the tool only saved 1kB from the eeprom so I can't upload it.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem effectively?I tried changing with ford focus 2019- type2 but nothing has changed.After one kilometer, I have xxxx.

What is this 27318 orig km
You wrote me how many kilometers it is.

your file is saved at 1kb please search the forum and you will find it is able to be saved by using the focus program on obd star odomaster. i cant remeber how but i did a write up /copy paste from another user on how it only saves at 1 kb but for the machine it still works.

Can you please tell me exactly how to do it, I tried but OBDSTAR rejects this 1kB file and displays error of the file and won't upload it.
I try with focus 2019 type 2 but without result.

I think you need to do it the focus way first , wont the eeprom file be corrupted now . would be better to look for another eeprom file complete and start from scratch I think
