    Default ex5100pvr

    Can anyone help me please? I have lost ITV+ Ch4,more4,e4 on my 5100 eurovox, If i go into config Channels and clear data will i have to Download the software from the net again( as i had to when i 1st got the box)?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Clear data will only erase all your channels and put box back to default settings, it does not affect the firmware so you will only need to rescan

    a lot of channels were moved in scotland this week including the ones you mention. do a factory reset in the configure menu, then perform a deep scan. once you have done this download a cdf file from the downloads section on here but make sure its for your area. download the cdf file to your eurovox and it will arrange the channels into some kind of order for you. alternatively dont download a cdf file and rearrange the channels yourself.

    Thanks smoggy. its now saying i have no transponder to scan what do i have to do?

    you need to scan on the correct providers symbolrate which will be either 6887 or 6952 (if you say where you are someone may be able to tell you the specific one)
