Peugeot 307 electric steering

Hello

I have problem with a Peugeot 307 with electric steering. The error code is C1200-internal fault.

I have open the ECU and resold the PCB and car work fine for 1 days. So anyone have experience with reparing this modules.

hello, see the fuses under the bcm corrode the contacts

Everything is OK. I resolder all joint and MCU and steering work fine for 1 day and now same error

Resolder 2 smd caps...maybe help.

check wiring loom next to water fluid reservoir ,can rub through
check main fuse in engine compartment, it can burn up
check hydraulic fluid in connection and wires at electric pump

this is common problem with 307 steering works fine then no then works , go to bcm ( fuse box ) look under it for the big fuses 70 the leg of this fuse is escaping current
