Saab 9-5 with trionic T7.7 immo off?

Hello to all.
At the moment I have problems with a trionic T7 of a 9-5.
The car seems to have a fault of the immo and it won't start anymore.
There are no faults stored in the control units.

Is there the possibility for immo off?
I found some threads with encrypted files before in this forum and maybe some smart people like droidwayne65 or Panathaole can help me...
I attached the files I have read, including file from trionicCANflasher.
