flashed a couple on images onto a mates box picking up fta channels every time you go to there channels wont pick up enything except 1 to 5 done the magic keys and changed the chomod from 644 to 755 still only picks up fta channels am i missing something thanks a lot.

Did you transfer the emu to var/emu? When you say you chomd the magic files was it the k#ys or emu that you chomd? As the emu is the only file that needs to be chomd to 755 from 644. Did you input the right files into the right place? K#ys go in var/k#ys and emus go in var/emu. Just go over your steps and check that everything is in the right place...
