CUMMINS ECM CALIBRATING PROBLEM

I tried to reconnect on 1 of them yesterday and it working normal again, but the truck is not preforming at its best with that ECM

Just reprogram the ecm that is rombooted and in most cases you will be fine...

try to reprogram it and it it gone in romboot mode again

Hello all,

I?m dealing with CALTERM and I have confusion about raw calibration files for CALTERM:
1. How can I get raw calibration file from INCAL DVD and use it straight with CALTERM III if I have the appropiate cfgm file?
2. Do they have extension file *.xcal?
3. I know how to recalibrate from INSITE and workspace calibration. When I open the "calibration" file from INSITE list unzip the selected file and appear a lot of files and folders as follow:
Intelec->esdn->data+file "esdninfo.dat"->P2I+"esdndata.cmp"->cal+"P2I,cmp"->"XXYYYYY.P2I"
I thought that last one file it was the calibration file and I changed the extension for .xcal because inside "cal" folder but when I tried to open with CALTERM III i got an error: "Unknown error when loading calibration", so there is not raw calibration file.
Anybody knows how to get xcal file for an specific engine from INSITE or INCAL DVD and open it with CALTERM III to work on it and modify parameters or maps??
I?m really frustrated about it!!!
