Wow 50012, Laptop w/o internet need help

I have Wow 50012 installed on the laptop, getting this error when plugging into car (I'v tried using autocom and delphi diagnostic tools)

Anyone any idea what to do?

Is the diagnostic unit correctly connected?
is the Vehicle EOBD-Compatible?
Power supply at the diagnostic connector over 12v?
Is 5 pin in the diagnostic connector assigned (not available on some VW models)?"

In Wow go to "Settings" then select the "Devices" tab and click "Diagnostic Unit" select your device and com(??). Next, Wow will tell you the rest of the actions ...

First you must add our SN in file.
