    Default 1.8 20VT STAGE 3 HELP

    Hi guys! Like title says,

    Looking for someone who can make good stage 3's NOT FOR FREE.

    BTW logs no problem.

    Setup of car:
    - Engine build to S3 Specs
    - s3 Injectors
    - 4 bar FPR
    - s3 downpipe
    - K04 TURBO .

    I can do the software for you for free, but you need such mechanical modifications on Stage3



    1.8T are extremely durable units, the serial head and the crank-piston system can withstand 300KM and about 400Nm without any problems, but it is worth getting forged connecting rods, at these powers they are the weakest link. As for the turbocharger, we have a huge field to show off,


    from almost P&P GT28RS Eliminator, GT2X, F21 to turbochargers from Lancer Evo TD04 / 05, Garretty series GT, GTX, T25, T3.


    In my opinion, the simplest solution is to mount the Garrett GT28 on a cast iron manifold, which are available without major problems, of course, for this compressor you will need to add water and oil pipes, custom intake and downpip (preferably 3 ")


    The serial fuel pump in this setup will work at the limit, a good solution will be the efficient Bosch 044, injections at least 440cc.


    to have an overview of the engine operation, it is worth installing indicators Boost, EGT, oil pressure and temperature.


    - larger turbo, e.g. GT Garrett series


    - exhaust manifold


    - forged connecting rods (recommended)


    - larger injectors (at least 440cc)


    - more efficient fuel pump


    - more efficient intercooler


    - downpipe


    - intake
