Default NO Vehicle Connection: Genuine Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 J2534

    Hello Folks,

I need help from the super tech wizards.
    I'm going bonkers.

I seem to be having a rare Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 connection issue.
It is a genuine device but I have also tried in the past an Autel MaxisysPro J2534 and two (2) Chinese Gold OpenPort 2.0 as well.
I have tried on both Win10 & Win7 32-bit but cannot get it to connect.
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting, and all the USB ports, and tried on three different laptops.
I have tried FORScan, Vediamo, Xentry, and DAS but cannot connect.
I have tried different Vehicles (smart car, MB 500SL, Mazda Crossover, Toyota Matrix, and others) no luck.

I have tried multiple different USB cables (and ethernet for the MaxisysPro).
    Windows defender is OFF
    Windows Firewall is OFF
Anti-virus is OFF (or not installed).

I have followed along with the Amazing TV guides but cannot get vehicle connection.

Could someone please help diagnose and/or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Device manufacturer hasn't responded to my inquiry.

Have time this weekend and would like to work on the car.

When I plug-in the interface+USB into the OBDII port, Windows doesn't make a noise.
Is it not supposed to pling-plong and Open a Virtual Com port?

I think it looks the same except I'm on Win7 32bit

Even though it's not your department, appreciate you trying to troubleshoot Meat-Head.
