C3 heater controls

Have a 2011 diesel C3 with this type of heater control:

Having been upside down in teh foot well the heater looks like this:

The left hand knob, in yer face, on yer toes or demist will not turn. Can anyone tell me where the other end of the cable is. I can feel it springy and it does turn a bit.

Hi Frend. Whot dtc heve you? Looks at the problem with the flap positions. A common problem with warm-cold regeneration motors in the psa grup

Found it. Drivers footwell but a long way up. Typical monkey fingers needed to reach it.
