Default Karcher Pressure washer humming and not starting

My pressure washer was not starting but hums when switched on. It's a karcher.

So I dismantled it and found that the capacitor needs to be changed. The stupid designer made it hard to reach. You have to dismantle part of the pump too.

If ever you have this problem, replace the capacitor with a shorter one keeping of course the values same.

Next time you have a capacitor failure the would be less dismantling. Because with a shorter capacitor you won't need to dismantle the pump assembly.

Just thought someone could find the tip useful.
