ISK or Pin Renault Clio IV 2018

While reading pin with Renault Tool the HFM of our Clio was made virgin.
So there are no keys programmed anymore, for programming keys we need the ISK or the Pin.
Can somebody help us with getiing one of these?

I had same problem on clio and only option is renault dealer and 5 minutes job

as I remember there is no pin in ecu and HFM

next time read HFM with programmer
after I had problem I dont use RET on this car and reset with AVDI

I think 32 digit pin is needed for Clio IV HFM pprgramming with RET
