help skoda octiva year 2015 dsg - 7speed gear stuck in gear 1

i have skoda octiva year 2015 , patrol , 40000 KM , gear box dsg - 7speed dry clutch
frist car have only ecu error p00B7 - ENGINE COOLANT FLOW LOW
at that time car have only reverse gear problem & tcu have no error
than remove tcu & service & chnage filter & after fitting now error
PO72C0 - STUCK IN GEAR ONE

please help me is that mechatronic problem or what

Any of the errors that may appear and symptoms in the box, you can resolve by updating the box's software and then see how it reacts.

thanks to all for help i chnage tcu unit problem clear
but i want to know is it electronic plate problem or housing motor or pump problem
bcoz car only 40000 km & perfect car
frist problem is not engage reverse gear
