Default FVDI CRASHED WHEN TRY TO OPEN TRANSPONDER MAKER

    Hi

I have a dump (Reading with FVDI) from a fiat Punto ii bsi, i get the pin and i try to make transponder with effi, after many attempts i get the message transponder programmed, but nothing change in chip....

I try with the FVDI 2014 with transponder maker 5.1 & 5.4 but program crashes before opening.....

Is any way to make the transponder maker works?
