mihaiti I have same problem. offline mode in win7 32bit: after connect loopback adapter soft won t start. I try on few second start soft in online mode and program start well. I will try offline with loopback on second notebook via win 7 64bit and rep.

make your phone hotspot even without data active and program will work offline

or use a virtual ethernet emulator.

This option also has no effect. That's why at the beginning I asked if the software needed a connection to the developer's server to complete the file.

Guys I just found out that the Internet connection is real!! Be careful.
After Install davinci my firewall was going off often never happen before, so I have launched netstat monitoring in with surprice I notice a weird communication with a external IP.
Then I have monitored the communication with Wireshark and I notice that there was a big movement of data and packet out.
I found out that the software once is installed enable the remote desktop in the registry , SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server and the protocol TFTP
The hypothesis are 2, First who craked the software is collecting file and information of people that use it. Second is possible that who made davinci is monitoring pcs and users
Datas and Informations are leaking out, check the port 23 and if it is open close it!! Run the in the CMD as Admin dism /online /Disable-Feature /FeatureName:TelnetClient
To close Telnet!!
