Default Golf 5 1.9 pd strange stahl problem when driving

    minute ago

    Please advice
    Have golf 5 1.9 77kw pd engine.
Sympthom car stalhs when driving. And not start untill stay a while. It turns over starter fast, but fees like no fuel it injected.
    Pump in tank replaced.
No errors in diagnistics. Cranchaft sensor signal is present. No alarm nothing.

One thing not tradicional maybe its very warm or even hot fuel filter housing.

    Anyone knows something?

I would assume hoses incorrectly mounted on the diesel filter or on the tandem pump (maybe even on the electric pump in the tank). which involves reversing the route, so that the mechanical valves that deal with fuel cooling work in vain.
Or maybe even faulty valves in the diesel filter cover.
I don't know how it behaves with a return hose, clogged ...

the filters will be warm, the fuel flows through the head for this temperature check the main fuel pump, see if there is a leak in the gearbox

Check high pressure fuel pump for failure
could also be worn cam shaft and valve lifters

The principle of operation is a little more complicated than in other cases, that's all ... you just need a little attention.
