Dodge RAM 1500 2013 weird problem

i've met 2 RAM 1500 the last week use Fobik GQ4-53T with pcf7961.

Customer come to repair Fobik (i've did more than hundred this key repair)

Customer come back and said remote did not work.

When i come to truck, the Light dash ON when driver door open, insert key in EZS, start normally.

Take out the key, screen show key still in ingnition and meesage disaspear after 15 secondes. But Light dash still ON.

Light dash go OFF about 1 minute later. And remote still not working.

Does someone has this problem before?

Yes i know that is not related to key. Because it start normally, simply when dash go ON, even without probleme remote cannot operate.

And yes, i've suppected EZS problem but not sure because never met before.

The remote not work because some switch in EZS is fauty the car think that the key is in the ignition
