Magneti Marelli IAW59af eeprom swap

There is a Magneti Marelli IAW59af.p4 HW303 ECU which died. I've got this same HW ecu, just the p number is different. So the new is: IAW59af.p3 HW303
I've only got KESS and KTAG and I'm not able to read or write eeprom of this ecu. The new ECU is not virgin so the car does not start. If I swap the eeprom from the p4 to p3 because of the immo data is stored in this eeprom will the car able to start and run? Or Do I need an eeprom programmer to virgin this ecu? I have the ori file of both ecu.

You can't swap eeprom, this is hybrid ecu....
The best option i think is to make it virgin, fvdi can make it easy virgin...
