Immo off is applied to ECU, not to dash.
It's very easy to swap the dash in this case and readapt the existing keys, but login should be accepted.

    According to your data:
    - 22 (2 field) - ECU answers - OK.
    - 23 (1 and 3 fields), there is no transponder (chip) in your key or it's of wrong type.
    - 23 (4 field) - im*o system is in good condition.
    - 24 (1 field) - Instrument cluster should be powered with ignition on untill digit 9 countdown to 0.
    - 24 (4 field) - Transponder recognition is bad.

First of all check your key. You have to use your own keys or virgin transponders only and not from any other car, because there chips (Megamos 48) are locked.
