Columbus 3T0 035 680A HW h: 42, SW 2774 not work

Hi, can anyone advise me? I have a navigation Columbus 3T0 035 680A HW h: 42, SW 2774. CD drive does not work after switching on, display light gray. Nothing on the display. No diagnostics. Resset works. Current consumption in order. I programmed ST10, bottle 29F400, eeprom 24C64 and also S29AL016 from the same working navigation - same number, same HW and same SW. And navigation is still the same problem. The CD drive does not work after switching on, the display is light gray. Nothing on the display. No diagnostics. Resset works. Current consumption in order. Is it still necessary to program S29al032?

Have same problem try to erase NAND ,when no result need replace to new one.
