Help Delphi vci problem

Hi recently installed 2017R3. Windows 10
Added my VCI and installed drivers and updated.
When i plug in it seems to works flashes green and blue.
I get a tick for initiation and a tick for searching for interface.
But fails on the final establishing comms.
using it wired serial no 100251 rev 1.0.
i have added the screen grabs.

I have the same problem in windows 7. Only works in eOBD. I install the drivers, update firmware and not work in modules.
