    Default ELM327 - Please Help

    Hello!
    I bought a ELM327 V2.1 and it connects to phone, but it cannot connect to laptop. I tried everything, settings on laptop, 3 laptops, 2 cars, USB Bluetooth dongle, but nothing...
    If you can help me, please give me advice how to make it work.
    I connect it to PC, but thats all
    I will post photos of my ELM327.
