I can download image from JTAG,com,usb,TF card-but i no have file image.
Diagun have multi soft(XIPKERNEL)-standart wince nbo file not work.
1.If windows Diagun no light(died bootloader):
I cropping Pages.bin from 0 to 247db0 (di4.bin) and flashing
with JTAG- SMP_2442sam(SMP_2442sam.exe /f:di4.bin enter,1-enter,0-enter,0-enter).After reset windows Diagun light.
2.When windows Diagun light connect com port-see menu bootloader-
"Press [ENTER] to download image stored on boot media, or [SPACE] to enter boot monitor."

"Initiating image download in 5 seconds.
1) Boot delay: 5 seconds
2) Reset to factory default configuration
4) Program image into Flash: Disabled
6) Format Boot Media for BinFS (except TOC, bootloaders, etc) !!!no use if lifes bootloader!!!
E) Erase Reserved Block (Erase nboot, eboot, but Reserve TOC)
S) Download image by serial---(SERIAL)
F) Low-level format the Smart Media card (Include 'E',mark 3 bad block,erase block)
L) LAUNCH existing Boot Media image
U) DOWNLOAD image now---(USB)
W) Write Configuration Right Now"
4-enter( Program image into Flash: Enabled),then U-USB cable connect -PC found new device-driver in dnw5,start dnw5.You can write com -S,usb-U,TF card-L.But bin,nbo,img file-error type file.I think need TF card with NB02.nb0,chain.lst,

!I probe flashing Pages.bin with JTAG-SMP_2442sam-I think 80 o'clock!(+charging)

Use diskRW and read complet nand flash image (from working Diagun) - save to sd card, than use H-jtag configure H-jtag server to nand k9F1G
than burn complete image to nand flash (it takes caa 5-6 hours to program 127M image to nand flash).
If you need complet 127MB image from Diagun nand flash just tell me.

JTAG-slow channel LPT port,i want USB or TF card.I no have
work Diagun.In post 23 image from diskRW?In adress 0-1FFFF=FF?Protection read or BinFS format 0,1,2 blok?
In Pages.bin adress 00=37.I think If copy flash need 127m,
if boot file (FW) for TF-30m.Need chain.bin-table adress
file.
In my log "BLOCK the bad block : 0x1

I use for my ARM device this bootloader for downloading over USB.

Uf my mistake Diagun does`have NOR, look I have wigller and when I receive Diagun I will read content from NAND and send to you, please give me info for JTAG connections or pictures from yours connections to diagun.I think this solution will wake up your device 100%.

I still waiting for diagun but I attach wince 5.0 from arm which contain same samsung 2440 and k9f1G08 nand flash, you can test this file on yours device, but use h-jtag to burn and take time.

1.In new folder-nb00-unpack XIPPort,open XIPPort,press
dump nbo-open nb00.nb0-when in window-OK-you have
folder OUT with file,modules and adress.
2.Then also nb01.
My out file.
