Renault clio eeprom dump help

Hello,

I have a rally Clio I from '92, it has a renault sport eeprom inside. Is there a way to get the code from that eeprom so i can change the max rpm, etc?
I can dump the eeprom to file.

sorry, the ecu...
(don't even know what uch is, first timer with this stuff)
found a program (tunerpro) that can read it, but is there another program or so that can help me out?
