Default Chevrolet Captiva DPF - Question

    ------------------------

    Chevrolet Captiva
    2008
    BOSCH EDC16C39
    110KW, 150 HP

    Hello!
I want to ask you for a help...
I had a Chevrolet Captiva with DPF which was clogged 96%.
DPF from Chevrolet Captiva was removed from car physically, but not from the ECU.
Plan was that he drive a car without a DPF to me, then I remove a DPF from ECU, but there is one thing.
A car works perfect, with 0% clogged status reported in diag.
I want to ask you, and if car works perfect with only physically removed DPF, should I anyway remove a DPF from a ECU, or can I keep car running like that?
    I was really confused today.
    Thank you all!
