Yes, maybe you right, CAS3 has blue case.
Sometime read MCU ESZ without any problem, and sometime not. Depends of mask.
I think ETL Onboard is more sure/ but I can not find any explanation at this case. Maybe MCU has been damage.
Before to erase, I read and saved the flash, after erase, no access for write anymore.

I had same problem with EZS W203 (w211-HC12), initially I tryed read/write using AK400, then tryed with Rosfar then I notice same case as screenshots you sent (vwpassat).
This evening I'll try desolder MCU to read write with ETL programmer: I'll keep you informed.

Could you confirm that on your EZS is mentioned (w211-HC12), could you send part number please (209 545 .. ..).

Pics in CAS_Result you sent means that Rosfar did not link MCU, so reading nor decoding is not possible.
Rosfar have to decode and bypass secu to read Flash and Eprom.
I had same problem, so I tryed to enter selecting all EZS in Mercedes Menu, I entered with "SL_W211_ST12 [R260]", then Rosfar link adnd decode, and got error message like " be carefull do not program" .. Click OK and open Eprom Editor:
select wright MCU, 1L85D is MC9S12Dx128 [R260], open File and select eprom in Rosfar Format, forget file you saved initially, choose sure and good file dump, then write eprom.

After that, close Rosfar application and disconnect usb, then reconnect usb and open Rosfar3000 application, choose Mercedes EZS E/C/CLK/SLK W211-ST12 [R260], click read, link and decoding is OK.
After that go to eprom editor and click "Recover Flash menu" select correct flash file dump (forget file you saved), and write --> Is it OK ??

I use Blue case Rosfar programmer, EZS is W211_ST12, there is QFP80 MCU, and connect wires : Black, red, violet, yellow, and of course Black and White BNC wires, as picture in Rosfar doc EZS ST-12 v1.

i need flash and eprom for 2095451708.have 9s12 with 1l85d mask. sometimes error in verify.i put 4 cables and 1 cable power then you read and save and then unsecure the mcu or read and then write?i write the flash and when do verify make error i go to abort and then he write the file.i think i am going to crazy .i have 3 days to read this mcu and i think it have problem the mcu?if you have and original file eprom i love that.thanks

Hi m8s.From my experience,I had two bad cases with 1l85D mcu,EZS W211.I worked programming in OBP mode.In the first case,mcu 1l85D;eeprom reading and writing OK but flash memory only reading.Second case;eeprom memory only reading,writing with many errors.Flash memory all OK,reading and writing.I can not remember,in one of two cases,with hot air I warmed this mcu and eeprom & flash successful programming.With second mcu,solutions was replacement with new 1l85D mcu.For this job,I used ETL 9s12 programmer but many times I use,successful,X-prog M programmer with ETL 9s12OBP adapter.Best regards.

the mcu have the problem?like 908 in laguna dash?when warm up work when cold stop or the programmer?someone else with original programmer or like smok tool or original xprog with this mask 1l85d read and right or have problem?what is good programmer with no problems because if i take clone r270 for 120 usd and have problem and i pay one ezs better to take smook tool for 9s12 and give 270 euro and work and safe with no problem.but and the original have problem?thanks
