I have a customer that bought a Vellar from a auction with FLOOD DAMAGE from Texas floods.
He replaced most if not ALL the modules on that car, but he need to match vin#'s with chassis, more specifically for emission inspection test.
Which tool is available that allows to edit or replace those numbers? It's SDD capable? does a software similar to ForScan exist for the rovers?

If modules are already programmed, impossible to do it by obd. Need out one by one.

Do you have info on how to read BCM/GATEWAY on this velar? it have SPC5748 (0n78s) / SPC5746 (1n84S)
