cummins insite problems help please

Hi, I tried all the advices, try it several things uninstalling all several times and reinstalled, nothing. Tried several trucks same result. I just install new OS winXP with fresh cummins installation and same thing. I used the the 7.2.0 crack but it's given me the same result. probably because I used the kg to make fleet and ecm pw removal keys and it's causing the problem.
Anybody have solid solution for this issue?
I'm going to try fresh OS and insite installation without the key and report.

try an older version
just use a key pro and calibration fleet, so works well for me

I have this issue with 7.4 activaded by serials, for some reason when insite its connected to the ecm it changes from pro plus to pro ( with pro it don't let reset codes fault codes ) . I try it already reintalling, unistalling install again, going back to 7.3 same thing. Any ideas?

I don't believe the whole pro vs pro plus is the real problem here.

mine does the same thing, when not connected it says PRO PLUS and as soon as I connect it says PRO, Mine has been great, Are the codes you are trying to clear ACTIVE or INACTIVE? PRO gives you all access, its the highest level cummins usa uses, not even my freightliner or cummins dealer have ever heard of pro plus. If anyone knows the difference let us know.

With cummins you can not clear an active code, it must be repaired or resolved then it turns inactive then you can clear it. What code do you have?

hey m8..from basic to up you can clear any INACTIVE CODE.

with pro ..you can change parameters only if the ecm is unlocked.

betwen pro and proplus is not too much difference ..in fact are same.

clear your inactive codes or repair the actives .

I use the Insite 7.3 but when I try to download the engine software I get this message:
The Calibration Database on this drive have expired and will be purged.

How can I solve it? The reinstall doesn't help.I have May 2010 Insite v7.3.

The InCal DVD is only valid for 6 months.
The September 2010 DVD will expire March 2011.
The May 2010 DVD expired in October

What expiry date are you putting in the KG?
7.4 does not need dll replaced
Just use Pro, dont bother with Pro Plus

Check your laptop will suit an insite installation,
Did you download from a reputable location?

uninstall insite and re-install
get 7.4 from here

Does anyone know what the latest incal disc is? I know we are in November but not sure if a November disc is available or when it will be. When do dealers receive their discs?

InCal DVD's are not distributed every month. It depends if there are enough new calibrations or changes to make the issue of a new DVD worthwhile. Sometimes it is on the 3rd month, but usually each month or second month.
