VCI DS150 single board

I had a DS150 with a separate board for the relays. It could scan fine the engine for my KIA but it couldn't scan the ABS and Airbags.
I have read that the best devices are those with a single board.
I found on aliexpress many different variations with single board VCIs. These two for example seem to have the same circuit but I have noticed a few differences on the components.

I have marked the main differences I see between these boards. The left one has inlets around the board and the other is rectangular. I don't know what is the quality of the relays and if the chips are real 9241.
Does anyone have any of these boards? The left costs about €65 and the right one costs about €40. If they are equal I will get the cheaper one. Should I avoid that?

It says that it has omron relays and I can find it a little cheaper than the left on the picture above.
