PB IVECO EDC17C49 REGENERATION INCOMPLET AFTER REMOVE

Hello please some one can help to fix iveco dpf EDC17C49 YEAR 2012 one i think chiptuner make me bad file he try try amke another file have still same problem car run few minute good and it go on limp mode and smoke and on cluster say regeneration incomplet
file below is read by ktag original file and mod file and last file is read by obd the file is already removed dpf on obd file
have try too to reset service oil and dpf replace bu stille same
It have dtc 60648 Sofware restart in ecu
And fuel pressure valve dtc 9122-0
