Default 2012 iveco daily remote issue

Just programmed 2 keys to a 2012 iveco daily with marelli bsi 95640 eeprom. Did the job by programmer using IM508 both keys start the van but remote locking not working. Does remote need programming separately?

    Thanks

hello, the remote control transponder is encoded at the same time. The keys you use may be the problem. It must be Marelli.

Would a Xhorse or Keydiy multifunction remote work?

A little late but yes - KEYDIY generated remote works perfectly on these. Aftermarket chinese keys don't work unless you transfer your dump to the AVDI FIAT key maker and choose the correct chip leg number.

Really? I could not find any such complaint in the KD feedback or the KD forum. I really hope it has been updated and fixed recently...

What about Xhorse remotes - they also support it. Do you have any observations on their solution too?

I actually had a customer return with Ducato after a few days. I thought it was vehicle related since the original sopped working as well, and that was the reason I did a new Keydiy one. This means that it is definitely KeyDiy key related.
    Thanks for sharing this info.
