There is no long coding in VW Bora 2001. You can activate the opening and closing of the windows with the key / remote control using the VAG KKL cable and the MKM LITE 1.2 program (Motordiag Komfort Manager Lite 1.20). Of course, under the conditions that your comfort module is 1C0 959 799 ..
The software must be activated. It is for free

First, review / translate the Czech side of the MKM. Check what comfort module controller you have (1C0). Then download and activate MKM Lite 1.20. The mere activation of the function of opening and closing windows with a remote control is child's play. Recently I did it on Skoda Octavia II 2002my. I don't have any car with the 1C0 comfort module .... so I won't send photos of activating this function. This, however, is very simple. Just try.
    Regards.
