Default Ventra C CID Siemens + Corsa D

    Hi everybody,

Just a simple cuestion. Can a CID from a Vectra C, model SiemensVDO 24461297, be programmed with a Corsa D? As I know, the original from Corsa D is made by Delphi Grundig.

I will use a Delphi Grundig CD30 MP3 or CD60 Navi. I know that phisicaly it doesn't fit properly, but maybe could be adapted with a 3D printed piece.

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the response.

I still didn't buy the CID because I don't know if it is possible to made it work.

I know more or less the marrying steps, I made it in the past with a second hand CD60 Navi.

I just want to know if it doesn't matter if the CID comes from a Vectra C or is Siemens branded to make ir works with my Corsa D.

CID from Siemens-VDO are NOT compatible with Corsa-D ! CID's from Siemens-VDO are only for Vectra-C / Signum (CE = CID Epsilon), are for Corsa-C / Meriva (CG = CID Gamma) and for Astra-H / Zafira-B (CD = CID Delta)
However you can put in the car BUT first the dimensions are different and second this CID will never connect to the car only to the headunit !
The only CID will work in a Corsa-D full connections it is Delphi-Grundig.

That's a bad news because Siemens ones are cheaper than Delphi-Grundig.

Are Delphi-Grundig branded CID from Astra H or Antara compatible? I can't find any CID for Corsa D, atleast in a reasonable price.

Antara and Astra-H Delphi Displays are not compatible either because of different system design (BCM vs CIM)
