Fiat Panda P0512-14

Greetings.

I have a Fiat Panda 2013, 1.3 mJet. When i drive the car and the Start & Stop engages, the PCM is throwing code P0512-14 Engine Control Module Relay/Starter Motor Signal Plausability.
As far as i can see the starter motor has only one wire.
Is it possible that i have bad battery? When the car starts i have battery voltage drops to 9.2V. The car starts fine every time, only the annoying fault.

Any ideas, wiring diagrams etc?

Looking at your stats, start with more posting on dk, loose the red rep points
and deffo change t’ battery
