Yeah I seen issues with other tools and cars. we don't know the multiplexers fitted in these scan tools or the car itself what non-standard OBD pins may be used for.
    Know OBD covers pins 4,5,6,7,14,15,16.

Expect in your case Autel interrupted CAN lines. causing stuff to light up!

    ------------

On another note would u know why i have no comms to a smart unit on a 2019 sorento
    used g-scan

But why on obd port pin 16 only 4.5v and no grounds? Its fir sure a problem. It cant be wires mixed up from factory power and ground un diferent place.

Check is it ground problem or +12 problem

    I checked its both.
16 pin 4v tested on chassis ground.
Obd ground pins totaly no ground if test continuity to chassis.
No matter not my job,car not local, owner called seller maybe they fix something. Not wanted dig wiring etc as already experienced that if you try help look fir fast solution and no go,later seller can argue that all was ok you blow it etc. Better walk away

I've seen alot of trackers that ties into OBD with a split type harness ... they remove original obd then plug into tracker harness then put tracker other end of harness where original obd plug goes...
