Higher MAF readings on idle can mean stuck EGR on closed position. When MAF is disconnected, ECU takes into consideration a limp mode constant value, this is why you have 506mg constant. As for little increased fuel consumption, this can be also caused by EGR being stuck in closed position, but can also be caused by injectors 1,2 and 4,which are out of limit. Injector 3 is ok. It is possible that injector 4,that has the highest correction applied by ECU, is altering the other injectors' corrections. I would recommend a fuel system cleaning with diesel purge additive (Wynn's).After that, check injectors correction again. Limit should be -1;+1.
