Autocom changing serial number of the VCI

Hello, I have a problem with Autocom 2017 and my VCI because the serial number of my device is 108300 and my program's serial number is 100251 and during activation i can't seem to change it. While using the program the VCI just doesn't work. Tried everything looked about ity in this forum. Found a tool.exe but you can just put in 5 digits and not 6. Someone help please. Thank you.

the only way to change serial is with tool.exe,you have to put 12v to your device.read the serial,then change it.
if not possible like this,no other way i believe
