alternator charging? jeep 3.0crd 218km is 600rpm cold
Hello everyone, I have a question about the Jeep Cherokee 2.0mjd 170 km 2015 or maybe some of you have such a Jeep and could say what revolutions are kept at idle? Mine is still 1000 revolutions and they do not want to go lower for anything, the car has been diagnostically checked for 0 errors, the sensors are all fine. Anyone maybe have some suggestions?

Charging the alternator is fine 14.2V.

that's good, it's still temperature parameters
give me the engine code,
Ignition setting and exhaust gas test
Idle speed rpm 650
The RPM limitation 1 / min4700-4900 is so average
The temperature sensors are fine, the exhaust gases also look ok, I noticed that when I disconnect the active clamp from the battery, the revolutions immediately drop as they should be.

such a thought maybe start stop adds revolutions agm battery?
Hmm, I thought about it too, but ... These revolutions never drop below 1000, today I even put a new battery for the test and it does not change anything. Only unfastening the active clamp makes the revs good, but then there is no charging

I had something like this, but it was ducato, they often have a problem because of the alternator
I also have a suspicion of it, but since it is charging 14.2V, it's probably okay so I think it's not a problem here. Maybe this active clamp is the problem? Since I disconnect it and the engine speed drops immediately, maybe there is a reason here.

the alternator, when low speed gives a high load, maybe the engine is trying to cope with it, when you disconnect the excitation, is it still running? sorry for bad english
Hmmm yes, but a new battery doesn't solve the problem and the alternator is charging well so I don't think it's a problem. I don't know anymore ...
