    Default OPCOM repair, fake pic?

    Good morning
I have this opcpm which never worked. reading on the forum I see that it can be repaired.
Initially with recognized the interface, it gave me the error. Hardware not connected to the car.
Then through OCFLASH I loaded the firmware 1.39. The interface is now recognized. The hardware test says passed successfully.
When I try to make a diagnosis it cannot communicate with the ECU. He makes several attempts and then fails. This ecu does not communicate.
I have tried different versions of software, both opcom and vaux-com, but still the same error. Is there any way to fix it?

    Hi.
I have Opcom from the first link "Opcom New" works with Fantomels SW. Second from AutoKcan is Opcom V5, you can convert it to work with CHCAN line.

    No .
You would have to replace the fake PIC with a real one, remove elements D5 and c22 and solder the extra wires. Then program a new PIC.

    Hi.
Everything looks like a good "Opcom New" without the D5 and C22 but the PIC is not 18F458. Depending on what the seller put in the product description: he is honest or he forgot to polish the original text on the PIC.
I think it's better to buy a second one with a real PIC than to rewrite and program. But that's just my opinion.

What Opcom software are you using?
Try one of the SW from Fantomel.

I use opcom 1.59 with software 12309a + 131223d given by the seller but on opel meriva B year 2011 ... it works but it does not work mesauring blocks and programming .. I try the fantomel files and I hope to solve ... I do not want to modify opcom to revision C
