Passat 4Motion - Coding CCM Highline

Hallo Digitalkaos,
i hope someone can help me. We have a Passat 3C CBAB / 2009 Highline. The CCM was damaged. I have cloned eeprom to new CCM with same partnr 03c959433ar. But i need coding from highline Modell, 4x4 manuell transmission.

Tirepressure warning light in Dash is on,
Handbrakewarning light is on,
and el. tailgate is not opening. (motor tries but no unlock)
