fiat grande punto 1.4tjet fault code p0240 problem

i have new map sensor and baro sensor
the car goes up to 130 km per hour and not faster than thatthe engine light also comes on sometimes
the car does not drive as before has no power and it seems that the turbo pressure is gone
I don't know what the problem is because I also put a new turbo in it
can someone help me please
