has anyone had any luck with updating the A4 B8 concert radios from sw: 0210 to sw: 0310?

HW: H02
Radio No: 8T2035186C

wanting to try get SDHC support on the concert but have heard i could just purchase a RSNav for the price of an update from Audi.
