    Default FRM3 9S12XEQ384 3M25J X-prog 5.5.5

    Howzit

    Need some advice tried to read D Flash data with XProg Box 5.5.5 clone no dongle software - having this error Unknown MC9S12 device .Part ID:0x2004C482
    Tried to read a few times same error just the Part ID that change to 0x0024C48A
    At some stage I got error Partition corrupted Partition dump: 00 00 00 10 Select partition size manually

    Advice appreciated

    If all the connections are good in the FRM pcb , can be Dflash problem
    Can you read P-Flash or eee ?

    I tried to read d - flash with upa usb reads quick but dump differs everytime - I did read P-flash with i-prog
    Never tried to read p-flash or eee with x-prog
    Would you think better to downgrade to perhaps 5.5.1 would it be more stable perhaps

    Check connections again
    Graab other dumps width same numbers and coded it

    firmware version 5.5.5 is very unstable even with eeprom spi reading
    so anything is possible

    Or would it be advisable to install on Windows XP 32 bit OS instead of Windows 7 64 bit

    XPROG 5.55 in config have not ic with 0004c482
